A month or so ago we talked about life/work balance in a blog, but I just listened to an interview with Tom Brokaw and Yvon Chouinard (founder/owner Patagonia) at Google's Zeitgeist 2007 conference about living a balanced life between being “wired” and deliberately disconnected and how that is a balance that people should strive for in their lives. Knowing all you IT pros out there are a tad too connected maybe you should take a look.
